Prior to taking Pilates with Manette, working out for me was a laborious process of pumping weights on each group of muscles with endless repetition; and ultimately, I would quit out of boredom. Pilates offers an ever interesting system of exercise which works the whole body, and Manette is the master of ensuring each and every move is done with the proper form to maximize the full benefits.
